How does the pre-sale work?
Buying during the pre-sale period means you'll be the first to receive this product as soon as it becomes available. You should check the shipping start date on the product page.
My favorite product is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
We work to ensure all our products are always available; however, due to the popularity of our products, stock shortages may occur. To be the first to receive a restocking notification, please submit your email address on the product page.

The delivery time for an order depends on the chosen carrier and your address.
Which shipping companies are available?
Currently, we work with the shipping companies CTT Expresso and DHL.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier. To check the shipping price for your order, we recommend that you add the desired products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, where shipping costs will be calculated based on your address information.
You can still pick up your order at our store free of charge.
How can I pick up my order at Araujo & Sobrinho?
You will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup at the store address. To pick up your order, you must present the confirmation email along with your identification document (Citizen Card, Passport, or Identity Card).
The package must be collected by the recipient of the order. If this is not possible, the package can be collected by another person who has the recipient's email address and identification document. This service is free.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped from our facilities, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment in real time.
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
The shipping company will send a message with the delivery date to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. If you are unable to be at the address provided, please contact the shipping company to arrange another delivery date or location.
