Description

The Coil Notebook M is PENCO's take on the traditional university notebook, with double-ring (twin-wire) binding. The ruling is done by professional Japanese ruling craftsmen, a trade that is disappearing in Japan.

The blue lines, with a red margin, are printed in water-based ink, which makes the notebook suitable for fountain pens. The cover is coloured card with a simple logo, and the double ring does not catch in your bag.

About the brand

Everyday stationery, with memories

PENCO was born in 1999 in Fukuoka, Japan, as HIGHTIDE's main brand. It started with a single American ballpoint pen, which gave it its name: Penco, from Pen Company.

It combines American vintage spirit with European design in practical objects with a nostalgic touch: clips, clipboards, rulers, scissors and pencils for the desk.
