Description

The PENCO Drafting Scale is a triangular scale ruler in blue anodised aluminium. It has six scales, from 1/100 to 1/600, for measuring to the scale of a drawing, and for everyday measuring you use the 1/100 side.

The slim profile takes up little room in a pencil case and, being triangular, it is easy to pick up from the table, unlike a flat ruler. It also works well as a 15 cm ruler day to day. It comes in six colours, and the typeface on the scale varies slightly with the colour.

It is designed for drawing and design work and is not suitable for precision measurement for commercial purposes.

Everyday stationery, with memories

PENCO was born in 1999 in Fukuoka, Japan, as HIGHTIDE's main brand. It started with a single American ballpoint pen, which gave it its name: Penco, from Pen Company.

It combines American vintage spirit with European design in practical objects with a nostalgic touch: clips, clipboards, rulers, scissors and pencils for the desk.
