Description

The brass Kaweco Supra is a heavy, gold-coloured fountain pen in Eco Brass from the Wieland works in Ulm, a lead-free brass that develops a patina with use.

The weight lets the pen rest on the paper and helps the ink flow, so you can write for a long time in comfort. The middle section adjusts the length and weight to your hand. There are five nib sizes, from EF to BB, made in Germany. If in doubt, M is the safest choice.

The nib is changed by screwing in another with a 250 thread. Kaweco bronze clips for the Supra are sold separately.

Kaweco's story begins in 1883 in Heidelberg, Germany. In 1911 the brand's first pocket pen appeared, the origin of the Kaweco Sport: small when closed and full-size with the cap posted.

Today's Sport is based on the 1935 design. The brand is based in Nuremberg and its pens are sold in more than 40 countries.
