Sketchbook | A sketchbook with a unique touch of letterpress printing that makes you want to use it in Penco's ring-bound sketchbook series. For drawing paper, we've chosen "HS Painting King," which is also suitable for watercolors and crayons. There's a range of plain and thick sheets with varying paper thicknesses for each size, and the cover is designed with two-color letterpress printing for a casual finish. The back cover is easy to draw on while holding it in your hand. You can easily enjoy drawing at home or on the go. The front and back covers are letterpress-printed, with slight ink bleed and plate offset, giving it a tasteful texture. Enjoy drawing on the go, jot down ideas, and use it without hesitation with many pages. Suitable for watercolors and crayons, "HS Painting King" is an off-white construction paper with a rough texture, a smooth feel, and moderate surface irregularities. It absorbs well and dries quickly, making it suitable for watercolor painting. The irregularities aren't too deep, and the surface is resilient, making it difficult to get stuck even with an eraser. There are two types of paper in the line, with different thicknesses, and the paper and grain characteristics are the same. The standard thickness (121 gsm) is the thickness of general construction paper and can easily be used for drawing with colored pencils and crayons, as well as pencil sketches. The thick paper (157 gsm) is strong and tear-resistant, and the paper surface won't ripple easily, even when painted with water. There are two types of paper thicknesses (plain/thick) × two sizes (B6/B5), so prepare according to your purpose.
