About the brand
Handmade notebooks, as objects
labobratori is a Spanish studio in Benicarló that designs and produces its own notebooks. The name combines the words labor, obra and obratori, to celebrate the craft, the unique piece and the workspace.
It starts from traditional bookbinding and sees the book as a design object, both functional and artistic. In the Boreal collection, some cover colours use microalgae pigments, and every notebook is unique.
